I agree, but they say the option to turn that off is coming.

my problem is smurf replaces so many words i'm having trouble filling in the blanks. i know the option to turn it off is coming but i've been going batty - it's like reading madlibs all day long.

Better yet, run every post through the Dialectizer.

What threads are you reading?

I have trouble even with creative filters telling what is suppose to be replaced, and the smurf thing is ever worse.

But, it really is not that big a deal to me.

What does kinda bother me though is that the Quick Post doesn't always work on the first try. Sometimes I close the window before I realize the post didn't go through, and the post is lost forever (one of them contained the secret to world peace too ). MOst of the time though, I can hit back, and resend it.

Makes me wanna filter dodge and sh

Try hitting the back button when that happens. Frequently, i hit the Go next to the jumpbox, instead of the Submit button for the quick post. Hitting the back button takes me back to my post.
