Audio Capture software

My band recorded our mixer on a digital 10 track, and we need to put it straight from there onto the computer.  What free/full featured trial software is available to capture the sound from a griffin powerwave and convert it to mp3(or anything that can later be converted)?  I would use deck or deck le, but both of those trials have run out for me, and they are pretty good at keeping a hidden preference file somewhere for that wink .
I'm sure there are a million shareware programs, but I'm unsure if the quality will be there(it very well may be).
Can FCP 4 do this?
I dont need to mix it, just take the already mixed master.
thanks

Re: Audio Capture software

Not free, but have you tried Garage Band?  It has a MIDI Interface...

Re: Audio Capture software

That's the one. It even gives you, I think, a 15-day full-feature trial period, so go nuts.

What about WireTap? I've heard great things about it, but have never tried it.
