I know it doesn't have any bearing on her SoS qualifications but it seems that some people believe it's okay to try and use some unrelated pictures to try and prove a point, but when their argument is shot down or mocked for its absurdity they cry foul, that's all.

Do you really have to have the word "master" explained to you in the context it was used?  Don't be dense.  Any other word could have been used, such as administrator, big cheese, big gun, boss, captain, chief, chieftain, commandant, commander, commanding officer, controller, director, employer, general, governor, guide, guru, head, head man, honcho, manager, numero uno, overseer, patriarch, pedagogue, preceptor, principal, ruler, skipper, superintendent, supervisor, swami, top dog, tutor, etc.  But, no, the word "master" was used.

It's incredibly stupid to talk about Condi in terms of her appearance (and, for the love of God, her choice of outfits). Especially people who complain about rightie-tighties joking about Michael Moore's weight -- gee, waytta equate the two!

I'm definitely no fan of hers, but for God's sake, can we keep it even a bit substantive?

If not, at least be fair. What do we think of Dubya's choice of ties?

To me, it's just so depressing that "Master And Commander: The Far Side of the World" won Oscars.  It just goes to show the deep seated racism in Hollywood.
