It is a problem with not closing your bold tags in a quote and then closing it in the later quote. Now lets get back on topic.

No, if you ice someone that shouldn't have been, its your responsiblity and you have to pay the price for your mistake.

Here is a novel idea, try fighting crime from its foundation rather than killin any threat. Fight poverty, disillusionment among teens, ect.
