Help me trim 2Kb!!!

I have been trying to make a simple 3 frame animated gif to use as an avatar here.
I have PS 6 and have made sure each frame is only 1.75k yet once I animate them in GraphicConverter the file size comes out to be 8kb which is 2kb to big.
Yes I do zap the resourses first and after.
I have experimented some and it seems I have run into a weird minimum file size problem because no matter to what rediculously small(and ugly) file size I make each frame it comes out as an 8kb animation.
Any suggestions?

Re: Help me trim 2Kb!!!

I can't remember, but does PS 6 have a "Save for Web" option?  You could always post the three frames you want to use and maybe I or someone else could help you out.
