we have a balcony that looks down into the library of our school,.. someone was going to bring in a cat and tie a very heavy weight (putting the weight over the wall of the balcony, not off, on our side,.. then have another weight tied to another side of the cat and through the cat off, with one weight on the top over the guard rail and one flying down with the cat if it has enough force it will rip it in half,..
