Kingston Memory for 15"PB 1ghz ?
hi there,
i have a 15" aluminium 1Ghz PB with 2 slot of 512 ram (Samsung brand)
Im thinking of upgrading to 2 Gb ram ,i will need 2 slots of 1Gb ram
What about Kingston Brand ? Anyone had some experience with that brand ?
Will it be stable for my Mac OSx 10.3.9 ??

After checking that website , it seems they are only advising me "Crucial" memory brand !
isnt there any other brands ??

In my 15" 1.5GHz AlPB I am using 2GBs RAM from Other World Computing.
Regardless of where you get it, make sure that the supplying company provides a lifetime guarantee

Kingston didn't work don't use it. Go with crucial or other world computing

Hmm, that's rather surprising since Kingston is one of the premier RAM companies. In fact, I would be more inclined to believe that I made a mistake in my order or didn't seat the RAM properly first before thinking that the RAM was bad. In any case, I think you should be able to get replacements from Kingston.

Crucial, I tried many ways with the ram and the ram didn't recognize. it was the exact same statistics. Today ill be getting my order of crucial. GOOD LUCK FOR ME AND ALL YOU OF YOU OUT THERE!!!!!!!
