Re: Jeb Bush attacks Michael Schiavo
Yes, let's dig dirt up on Michael Schiavo and pass judgement but not on this lone wacko protestor because she's on Team Schidler.

Chances are if this woman were otherwise normal, she wouldn't be protesting by herself, so long after-the-fact.
You don't know that - and that's Ad-Hominem - dismissing her because she's "not normal"
Haha... Where were you during the Clinton years? Or when Michael's business was being dug up? For the record, i'm not against digging up people's personal lives if it can shed some light on a serious situation.
Michael's business was directly related to the issue of Terri - he went and got himself a new family etc. but still wanted control over Terri.
That was directly related to the case - that wasn't someone digging up unrelated smurf on someone just because they don't like what they are doing.

That's right, I don't (it's why I said "chances are"). I also don't know that you aren't really George Bush or Osama Bin Laden.

A lot of what they said was extremely exaggerated, false (as the autopsy has shown), or just tunnel vision. I guess that's different though than digging someone's personal life up, but it's in the same vein.

in YOUR MIND, it is "directly related."
Many people would want their spouse to experience love and family with another if they were left in such a permanent state...though according to some on this board, his actions were pure evil.

Actually that one came from my friend, and doctor, who happens to be is a pathologist. Hmmm... on second thought might best find me a new doctor.

Yeah, that was a MAF inside joke...there was a CSI thread in Unplugged about what people learn and think they learn watching that show.
I guess this whole sad affair now has a life of its own - the people pursuing it are used to being bulldog about issues that concern them.....much like this thread.....

User, those people just won't give up. A couple weeks ago, I posted an excerpt and a link to an article about the remaining protester at the hospice. She is a multiple divorcee who was fired from her last job.
So smurfing what?
That's really low, really low.
Not as low as implying that Michael had Teri cremated simply to spite her folks.

That kind of eletist smearing gives a liberals a bad name.
I wish you all would stop that - especially since you seem to do it with a double standard.
Nice generalization, douche. I wish "all you" conservatives would find another dead horse to beat. Teri's been out too pasture too long now.

Stifle, Resedit. To understand where the woman is coming from, you have to understand where she has been. I think any intelligent person reading the comment would realize that I am not saying everyone who is divorced or has lost a job is a loser. I'm saying that the woman is someone who can't cope with losses and that appears to be fueling her misplaced anger. I also think she has really poor judgment.
Ad hominem - and this kind of smear is all too typical. Sure - I'm generalizing.
Stop smearing - it makes you look like an smurf.
You talk about how liberals are more excepting and triumph civil rights - and even call me a racist - and then you pull superioristic smurf like this.
I'm often accused of judging people - you want to see an example of judging people?
Read Podesta's post there. He's judging that woman.
Like you judge Michael and make unfounded accusations. Get over yourself. smurf.

Now, Bubba. . . .
There is no comparison, Resedit. I said the last protester has some psychological problems, and, she is projecting her anger onto Michael Schiavo instead of dealing with them. She chose to reveal her situation by having the information published in a newspaper and disseminated on the Internet. Psychologically healthy people do not engage in the scapegoating of someone they don't know from a hole in the ground, as we are seeing with Right to Life extremists. We already know some folks in that movement are wacko based on their history of assaulting people at family planning clinics, bombing some of said clinics and killing doctors who perform abortions. The current behavior is more evidence.
I relocated Lisa Wilson's story so people can read the article for themselves:

Re: Jeb Bush attacks Michael Schiavo
I find it hypocritical to be outraged at attacking someone's personal life, when this is a standard issue tactice for the right.
