The Hajj has started. Should we nuke mecca?
Disclaimer: I don't actually advocate nuking muslims until they get back to Afghanistan or Iraq or some other country we're at war with. Inspired by a thread from another bbs.

Perhaps we should just nuke Cincinnati. Inspired by this poll.

Japan has no nukes. The U.S., on the other hand, has so many nukes that I have to hide 5 under my bed just to throw off inspectors.
Perhaps we should just nuke Cincinnati. Inspired by this poll.

Also, Cincinnati is not Mecca, contrary to popular belief.

Re: The Hajj has started. Should we nuke mecca?
Nuking anyone could start a chain reaction that ends up nuking us all. I feel that the chance of it happening is very high. So do the worlds leaders, which is why no nukes have been dropped on humans since Nagasaki, AFAIK.
Also, I feel that in war one should attempt to minimize civilian casualties as much as possible. While war has never been able to not have civilian casualties, and I can never seen where it ever could, I do feel that it should be a goal.
Nuclear weapons are considered weapons of mass destruction for a reason. Not only does it kill those in the immediate blast radius, it exposes and renders unihabitable the area due to radiation, exposes those not killed by the primary blast to a range of radioactive doses, and creates everyones friend, fallout, which more than anything is what would hurt civilians. I wish nuking no one for these reasons.

I never was much good at geography. But they are both far enough away from me so that I don't have to worry.
