Hi everyone,

Forgive me for posting a technically non-Mac-related question, but after an hour of looking around google I wasn't able to find a solution (perhaps because I'm wording it wrong?)

How do I create page breaks in blogs? That is, when I want to make a very large post but only want the first paragraph or so to show up on the main page (and make the viewer click to read more). I see it on professional blogs all the time, but I'm using Blogger and can't figure this out.

My blog is closedcaptioncomics.blogspot.com. Thanks a lot for your help.

Wouldn't you insert the HTML <BR> element?
The blog software you are using should have something to allow you to do that programmatically.

No, I just tried that, and it didn't work. Blogger seems like such a popular blog host that someone on these boards would use them and know what to do... I can't find anything in Blogger's help pages with a solution.

Hrm... I know Wordpress has a <more> tag, which when inserted, creates the behavior you are describing. But I don't know about Blogger.

In about 2 minutes on the Blogger Help pages I managed to find this.

Thanks aquaman. I was searching with words like "page breaks." "Read more" makes just as much sense. You are THE MAN.
