UT in 10.5!
After finally installing 10.5 on my G5 (remember kids... disconnect ALL peripherals except mouse and keyboard... grrrrr) I thought I would fire up UT (the last OSX beta) that still resides on one of my external drives fully expecting a crash. To my delight UT appears to run perfectly but not sure about the net code as no servers showed up in the browser (not sure if the master server still exists). Can't check it on my PC as that was trashed in a prior HD crash.
So if you still have UT for OSX around fire it up and see what happens.

Re: UT in 10.5!
Yah, I've been looking into this since my upgrade. I've been getting a bunch of emails from people that are not able to run it in Leopard, but it did run for me. Single player ran well, but connecting to internet sites seemed buggy (only tried twice though). The master server seemed to take FOREVER on loading so I hit the F5 key and it started to populate the list (per the instructions on the bottom of the browser screen). I was able to connect to the server as many files downloaded, but the game crashed once it started to load. Then I only tried one server so maybe it had something to do with one of the downloaded files. I'll try again

Re: UT in 10.5!
I tried it on my MacBook Pro in 10.5. I downloaded UTX 436x3 and put it in a folder with all the files from my old OS 9 CD. I'm getting an error that says "Class Actor Member Owner problem: Script =48 C++=52"
Anyone know of anything I can do to make this work?
Thanks!

Re: UT in 10.5!
OK. Solved the C++ problem by installing it on an old 6400 then transferring the entire folder to my MacBookPro in 10.5. I then replaced the UT app with the 436X beta only to load everything and give me a drawsprocket error.
Aren't drawsprockets pre-OS X only?
