The only ipod known 100% to have bluetooth is the iphone...
and the only bluetooth adapters i have seen are for audio only.
all you need is the usb cable (dock connector) that came with the ipod ... yah know the one that you sync and charge i with ... and a copy of one of about 100 software titles that allows you to retrieve the data.

And that's 99% crippled.
You really just want to pull your files off the iPod? That's it? Mrreet's got it. Search "iPod" at versiontracker and you'll find a bazillion apps to do that.

Via Bluetooth? Not that I am aware of.
If you want to copy files back from your iPod to iTunes on your Mac, then Senuti (donationware) is the way to do it, but you need to use the USB cable.

Re: Bluetooth for iPod
Even if you could use Bluetooth to do this, you wouldn't want to. Bluetooth is slow.
You want to use something reasonably fast, like the usb 2 or firewire connection that came with the ipod.
The one caveat: if your ipod is set to auto-fill, it may get wiped if you hook it up to a computer where the music library's gone. You might try disabling iTunes (stash the App in the trash temporarily) before hooking up the iPod. Then, as stated above, use a shareware app to recover the contents of the iPod to your computer.
