New Kitty!

Here he is.

http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g235/spanier88/blog-stuff/Frank.jpg

I picked him up at the Humane Society today.

His name right now is Frank, but he'll probably wind up with a different one.  I let my cats name themselves.

He's my Xmas present to myself.

Re: New Kitty!

He's 4-1/2 months and Holy ACTIVE!  I'd forgotten about kittens...  He didn't stop moving for about five hours after I got him home.

I'm in love!

YAY KITTY!!! big_smile big_smile big_smile

My cat was named Toby when I took him home from the shelter, but all I ever call him is "Baby" so that's his name now.  He will respond to both, however, as he was 5 years old already when I got him, so he has years of his former owner calling him Toby.

Cool.

Merry Christmas Frank.

Re: New Kitty!

I like Frank! I think it is cute.

My dog was called "Frio" (as in the river here in Texas) when I got him, but I thought it was the dumbest name ever. Even after he had that name for 3.5 years he had no idea it was his, so now his name is Beau. Or Bubby. Or Beaubers. Or Troublemaker. He will respond to all those names.

Congrats on the new kitty!!

Call him Mac, or Mack, or Max!

Or, DogFood, or Dammit, or Claws,

Is he already neutered?

Re: New Kitty!

I once named a cat smurfy kitty.

I miss my kitty.  You can name him Kamala, after my late tuxedo colored cat.  Kamala means lotus in something like Indian, one of those odd asian languages.

Or you can name him a guys name, like Joe.

OR you can name him GOD. That's what he'll end up acting like, no doubt.

Alright, now, who wants to be transistorized?

I'd get a cat if it wasn't for my parents' allergies and my Basset hound's likely murderous jealousy.

Congrats!

Kittens are awesome at that age. They have SO much energy.
