You could try taking some Benadryl, the anti-histamine will make you drowsy. Anti-histamine works well for motion sickness too, but that's besides the point.

Good point. The active ingredient (diphenhydramine) in the US version of Benadryl is actually sold as a sleep aid here in the UK (our Benadryl has a different active ingredient). Last time I was in the US I picked up some generic diphenhydramine from a drug store for about hald the price of Benadryl and a hell of a lot cheaper than the equivalent amount of Nytol here in the UK.

Someone here mentioned Valerian. I like to drink a calming herbal tea blend. Celestial Seasons makes an ok one with Valerian called Sleepytime Extra. Also it doesn't make you super drowsy, it just takes the edge off. Chamomile tea is also good for the jitters. I'm a classic type A over sensitive, really nervy person, so herbal tea is something I find useful. Hope your tests go alright.
