Do you know what a scarf is?
Besides, that 'stache isn't protection - it's an invitation to get punched in the nose.
I meant beard.

Steroids, working out, and stop eating soy.
Underdeveloped mustaches are actually scumstaches.

As a matter of fact I am going bald pretty quickly. So it makes me feel smurfy that unless my facial hair starts getting denser I might become just hairless on my head
I get comments about my mustache. No one has said it looks good. I get a lot of suggestions to shave it though - I am still keeping it, at least for a bit more.
I think it makes me less attractive to stereotypical gay men, which is a plus.

I am pretty sure about what I like, and a particular type of 'gay' just doesn't do it for me.

Fair enough--you just seem to often object to being described as gay.

Well, I like other stuff too.
I am up for anyone that catches my attention.
If they are interesting enough and don't annoy the smurf out of me, I'd give them a chance.

oh come on!
My chin is hotter, my eyebrows are thicker, and my nose is longer and more straight.
Nothing similar here.

Re: making my mustache denser
I couldnt grow decent facial hair until I hit my 30's. I look ok with a goatee and a mustache.. but cant grow a full beard to save my life.
I think you just need to shave her off and wait till you get a little older. And I dont think you are losing your hair, dude... I dont see any signs of pattern baldness
From what I can tell, either way, you're screwed. Bad people are punished by society's laws, and good people are punished by Murphy's Law.

I quite honestly don't care either way I just figure you'd be off the fence at this point. Aren't you nearly 20 or something?

Maybe it's the eyes. I dunno, I just have the feeling that you could be at least a stunt double.
My beard is red. Tis probably the irish in me.
The part I hate is that it grows at an irritating rate.

Try for a David Niven pencil style. Thin is in. Plus you can woo Audrey Hepburn and William Holden.
And I'm surprised there aren't more "beard" jokes, given the OPs predilictions.

Re: making my mustache denser
My advise is be thankful for what you have. I had to start shaving when I was 11. I can grow a full beard and mustache in a couple weeks but I have to shave every day to keep from looking like a hobo if I don't want a beard.
Have you ever shaved it off? It may be just folklore but it seems that shaving has a way of at least making it look fuller when it comes back. Had friend who was trying to grow some whiskers, it took a few years but he has a pretty good beard now, but it still grows slowly.

Re: making my mustache denser
Here's another vote for being clean-shaven. Facial hair on dudes makes me squirm, especially if I'm dating them and kiss them. The main principle for having facial hair that might be deemed acceptable is the same principle governing long hair (on any gender) - you have to wash it and take care of it. Once I went out on a few dinners with a guy who had a mustache and a goatee... and when I saw him the next day with bits of last night's dinner still in his facial hair... I ran, very very fast, in the opposite direction.
