I've never understood this collecting business. why pay outrageous prices for something you can't use?

I still have my Apple //e.  Lots of games, most in their original boxes.  Maybe I should sell the lot for 800 bucks a pop, too!!

I like how this guy is charging extra for shipping on the $800. What a douche.

Looks like he re-shrinkwrapped it himself...

Lots of people have way more money than sense.

I bought an SE II from someone for $20. but I can play with that and it only cost $20.

if you were to buy this you can't even unwrap it and play the game you just get to look at a cardboard box with some plastic on it. and are out $800 for the experience.

If I had unlimited funds, I would not pay $800 for this.

Now, if someone was selling every Infocom game in unopened original packaging...

SE II?

No such machine... *squint*

(at least not sold in the US... no references in the usual places online either.)

No, there was no such thing. There was an SE and an SE/30. There was a II, a IIx, a IIci, a IIsi, a IIcx, a IIvi, a IIvx, and a IIfx. No SE II.

oopps SE/30 I knew it didn't look right. after buying it I played with it for a few minutes then put it in the closet. the intent was to stuff a mini in it but, other people beat me to it and I lost interest in the project.

Very true. I used this computer for most of my High School years at school (and my Amiga500 at home).

I'd love to have a working SE/30.
