Adding a network drive
I just had version fios installed and for a long time I have been getting weary of having to plug up my external drive and the power supply (PowerBook G4) Best Buy tried to sell me a Belkin device, I read the side if the box and it could only be used with XP/Vista.
What I want to do is plug up my external drive to my router or whatever I need to plug it up to so I can access it with my Powerbook when I want to. It seems most of these things, the Belkin media thing, are not Mac friendly. Am I going the right direction or do I need to rethink what I am doing. I currently have no desktop to share the drive with.
