I have found a domain name that appears to not be taken. For example, if I wanted to make the site http://www.sdgjsadiohgsfdhpdsfsdfsd.com , and when i typed it into my browser, it said it could not be found, that means it's not in use, right? My question is - how do I "acquire" it, or make a website on it? If I want to use to make a site and have that be my URL, how do I do it?

Secondly, since I don't know much HTML, once I figure out to make a site using that URL, and have it be mine, I want to be able to use some sort "website builder," like they have on those "create your own website" websites, where you have to actually use their domain name, like geocities.com, or something like that. The catch is I need to be able to upload videos to my site that can be seen, and I also need to set up a paypal thing where when people subscribe to my site, the money they pay goes straight to my bank account. Basically I need to acquire my domain name, and the idea of the site is pretty identical to a porn site in terms of the paypal subscriptions and videos, except the videos won't be porn.

Can someone please walk me through this?
