Purchased music on iPhone
Hello all. I recently purchased a song on my iPhone. I can't get it to sync to my computer. I tried file>transfer purchases to no avail. It says finding purchased items then just stops. It appears as if the iPhone is crashing while this is happening. When I leave the iPhone unlocked while this is going on, the home screen crashes and reboots. I tried adding the song to an on-the-go playlist in attempt to trick it, but it just skips over the song. The song plays fine on the iPhone and I haven't had any troubles before. I posted on Apple's discussion boards but I got no replies. Is the file just corrupted and I have to swallow the dollar? Any ideas? Thanks for any replies.

I would take it to the Genius Bar and have them take a look at it. That way, if there is a problem with the song, the could probably credit your iTunes account.

You should probably be okay just taking the phone.
