Can I upgrade the Graphics Card and RAM? (MBP 2.33 C2D)
MacBook Pro 2.33 GHz C2D w/ 2GB RAM
ATI Mobility Radeon X1600
Is there any way to replace the graphics card?
And can I add more than my stock 2GB of RAM?

You can up to 4GB of RAM. Graphics card, no.

When upgrading the memory just remember that intel loves memory in pairs. The MBP will certainly run without pairs, but you get better speed with them.

Unfortunately your MBP is one of the models which can only address 3 GBs of RAM. You can put in 4 GBs (and there may be some benefits in doing so depending on what you are doing with it), but only 3 GBs of that 4 will be addressable.
Assuming that yours is a 15-inch model, then here is a guide on replacing the RAM.
