Mine personally?  None--that I'm aware of.

The thing is, I take those rights so seriously that I actually look beyond my own personal situation to stand up for the rights of others.  Do those "others" sometimes involve individuals who have done wrong?  Absolutely.

This administration has argued that in many situations, the courts do not hold jurisdiction or cannot have access to the information necessary to make such rulings.

Law abiding citizens do not have security beating down or breathing down their daily lives. Should we citizens be weary and vigilant of government encroachment on our daily lives and civil liberties? In both instances strong action was taken by the Russian security forces, which, according to the tenor of your post, I think you would agree with.

Unfortunately, the casualty rate amongs the opera goers was very high, as was the casualty rate amongst the students of the elementary school.

But as a consolation, not ONE of those terrorists survived.

I am aware of both instances you cite. I don't necessarily agree with all the actions of the Russian government and I certainly don't like the idea of innocent civilians being killed; but what else could the Russians do? Negotiate and wait for the terrorists to kill every one or make an attempt to save at least some of those innocent people? No, action was required.
