Printing
Long story short, the printer got deleted in WinXP (on my macbook), now trying to reinstall it and I unable to find the printer, for the matter any of the printer. There is network printer, usb printer attach to my g5, and printer attach to the usb port on the airport extreme. When I went looking in parallels, all printer listed. Unable to get any printer added thru the add printer in winxp. Any ideas?

Re: Printing
Get the drivers from the manufacturer and load from from that.

Re: Printing
Okay, the macbook when running 10.4 see the printer and its ip just fine and will print, so does the G5 and the last time I check so does the PC tower with linux and xp on it. Still having problems with xp (using parallels) on the macbook
What I got on the ping is:
packets: sent = 4, Received + 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss)
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
minimum = 2ms, Maximum = 4ms, Average = 2ms

Re: Printing
That's good; that means Parallels can see it.

Re: Printing
Okay, I have extra network card install in my G4 powermac mirror drive door (mdd) that is running 10.3.x server. How do I set up HP LaserJet 4000 tn on that extra nic card in that mac?
For what it is worth, still yelling at the windows machine and the printer on the network.
