Another vote here for Robert B.'s "Carnival" suggestion.  "Carnaval" might be an alternative spelling.  Other ideas:

Afro-Brazillian Blend
Bahian Blend
Muggsy's Magic
Copacabana Blend
Ipanema Blend
Blocos Afros Blend

Tale Of Two Capes (Package would have a picture of South America and Africa side by side - I thought of Cape Horn [SA] and Cape of Good Hope [AF])
