No, you're not. It's still there with the theme applied, but it's not as bad.

The only part don't like it the inactive tabs. I much prefer how Safar handles that. Having complete tabs in the background is cluttered.

Other than that I thinks its great.

Ok, besides the whole certificate juggle to confirm self signed https certs...
