emails disappear
I am on Email 2.0 and when i go to see my in box, i do not see my emails. some times i push buttons, and just fiddle with it, then it shows my messages after couple of minutes. is there some .plst or preference or cashe that i can trash and restart and my life is less stressfull?

Is your mail set to connect to the mail server using IMAP? If you've got a slow connection things can take a while with IMAP so you might consider using POP if you don't need the mobility features. IMAP leaves ALL the messages on the server so they remain available from anywhere. THis works best for people who use blackberrys or a laptop and a desktop or home and office computers or a mixture of all. Basically, if you only use 1 computer you surely don't need IMAP.

Do you use multiple machines/devices for email? no, but i do have an small computer g4 desktop, and a pc, that is networked. I do not email from them at all.
Who is your email provider? Planetkc, which is terrible. it is nationwide.net.
