Any lawyers licensed in Virginia? PM me.
Subject says it all, really. One of my relations got in a minor scrape with the law-- and advice (even perfunctory) is required.
Some subjects actually enjoy pain, and withhold information they might otherwise have divulged in order to be punished.

This is really not the best place to find a lawyer. The bar association in that state will be happy to help you find one, or just use the yellow pages (the big, printed book).
