iPhone and USB 2
I have an eMac that only has USB 1 so it seems I cannot connect to or sync my brand spanking new iPhone.
If I get an external powered USB 2.0 hub and plug it into my existing USB port, will it fool the iPhone into thinking it's actually USB 2.0?
Is there any way of updating an eMac to USB 2.0 if the above question is impossible?
Or do I need a new computer, something I'm not keen to do since I just dropped a bunch of money on the iPhone?
Grandfatherly advice: You can drink 'em pretty, but you can't drink 'em smart.

I think that's how it goes. You're not going to be able to fool it and there's no upgrading an eMac.
You did try it, right? iPods used to sync OK with USB 1, just slower than snot.

Re: iPhone and USB 2
Tried re-connecting. Everything's fine.
Have a nice day.
