No, but I always just make them. No templates.
Besides, most templates just amount to a couple horizontal lines, a font recommendation, and a spot for a logo.
Business cards I see generally fall into one of two categories.

Full bleed business cards are nice, but they're kind of rare because they cost more.
Be creative. I'm sure you'll come up with something good.

Just be sure you set up your cards to 3.5 x 2, if pages doesn't already have a business card page size built in. If you do want bleed, go for 3.75 x 2.25.
If, on the other hand, you're going to print them yourself using one of those perforated business card pages, you should check the MFRs website for templates to use with their specific sheets.

Belight has a nice business card maker but it's not free or cheap.
