You have some sort of guilt that you don't really deserve, but you feel it just as strongly nonetheless. You feel that you must keep this guilt from others.  You feel that your friends could potentially help you to deal with your problems, but you don't quite trust them enough to confide in them.

It's unfortunately glib, but without knowing more about your life and what's going on around you that's the best I've got. 

And you're a closet necrophiliac.

I used to have a very similar dream. I remember sometimes the guilt was so palpable that I almost missed it when I woke up.
