Re: RIP - Paul Newman

A significant loss.    Paul Newman was not just an actor, but also a philanthropist with his salad dressing business.   My regards to his friends and family.

Re: RIP - Paul Newman

I realized i only own one movie with him in it. It's What A Way To Go which is hilarious no matter how many times i've seen it.

Sheesh! Why are all the awesome people dying? http://homepage.mac.com/oatmeal/MAF/maxes/sadsadmax.png

Aside: When I read the Yahoo report the first time through, I thought it said that he was being treated for lung cancer and Martha Stewart.

You know it comes for everyone, but some folks seem immortal. In a way he is.

I just heard about it. There goes my day.

Fast Eddie called it: "I just hadda show 'em what the game can be when it's great."

Re: RIP - Paul Newman

I nearly burst into tears after opening my fridge today and seeing a container of Newman's Own salad dressing, with his mug-shot on it. Thanks for all the classic movies and great salads too!
