The root "phob" literally translates as fear, but the word "homophobic" does not actually mean fear of gays. The dictionary definition has no requirement for "fear" to be part of being homophobic.

Simple prejudice is all that's needed for homophobia, and not feeling gays should be married is definitely homophobic.

So while you may not "fear" gays, you're definitely homophobic.

Please Doctor Phil give it a rest. I just belive God made Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve. So when it comes to marrige I believe it should be between a man and woman.
