Airport Ext. Base (the draft n one) stops working until power cycled

Dunno what I got going on here.  Recently replaced my linksys wireless AP's at home and at work with the new square draft n AE base stations.  No problems at work. However, in the last almost 2 weeks or so, the one at home suddenly stops working.  Intermittently you will see the AP listed in the computer's Airport status menu, but if you try to connect, it wants the password again (using WPA/WPA2), then after a few seconds gives a "connection time out".  Nothing will fix it unless I unplug it, wait about 5-10 secs, then plug it back in. After about a minute or so as it loads its software, it returns to full functionality.  All clients work again, etc.  Now I have not tried connecting to the AP via wired connection to see if it will respond at all, but I will the next time this happens.  All it is doing is acting as an AP, DHCP is not on, my firewall handles those requests.  Its simply in bridging mode.  The time of day seems to be random, but I've not yet come home and had it not working, its after we've been on the wireless network for a while.  No heavy transfers, etc.   The light is green on the AP even when its stopped working, not sure if that ever changes or if its just a plain power light and not a functionality indicator.  Max clients about 9, and 3 of those are Tivo's and aren't really doing anything, and an Apple TV as well.

I haven't a clue why this is happening.  As a last resort I could do a factory reset, I suppose, but simple power cycling makes it work just fine again.

Any ideas???  eek  confused
