Keyboard for Wii?

Anyone know if there are any problems using a Mac keyboard (or any generic USB keyboard) with the Wii?

The quick answer is, "Just try it out and let us know."  But I have my cables all wrapped up so they're neat and tidy and out of my way.

Thanks in advance!

Re: Keyboard for Wii?

I don't have a Wii, but if it's USB there shouldn't be a problem. There could be little issues like some keys not functioning properly. Or it could not work at all. But it won't damage your Wii, if that's what you're worried about.

That was the long answer. The short answer is: Just try it out and let us know. big_smile

Re: Keyboard for Wii?

Yeah, I was hoping to avoid that, as I'll have to unwrap several cable wraps.  But I guess I'll do it and let you know what happens.  Or I may just go to Wallyworld and pick up a cheap keyboard.

I'll let you know.
