The first rule about cat fight club ...
This may be the funniest feline observation I've ever made.
Two cats across the street, one regular - one I've never seen before, are going at it - growling, swatting each other, etc.
Then one of them squats to take a dump. The other lets its hair relax, sits, and waits for it to take care of business, cover its crap, but once it is done - back to raised hair and arched backs.
Guess they made potty arrangements before they decided to get into it with each other.

At my other place, one of the neighbors had a really old frail looking cat. It moved soooooooooo slowly. One day it was sleeping in the gutter and this other cat came up and started growling at it. This went on for about 10 or 15 minutes until cat #2 realized this cat wasn't going to get up and fight, and it just went away.

I guess we can point to both incidents and say that cats do indeed have civilization.

When my former cat was around 16 she was sitting at the edge of the porch with great cat majesty. A kitten, looked to be around 8 weeks, quickly made its way to my cat, sniffed and then began a long drawn out process of hissing and snarling that lasted not less than five minutes. My cat barely moved. Actually, she peered straight ahead, fully ignoring the kitten.
The kitten lost interest and moved on. I wish I would've recorded it.
