I'd say so. It killed my Dad some years ago.

I've switched to a more veggie diet and reducing dairy consumption and red meats:  spinach lasagna, stirfry's and snacking on carrots and trail mix.   A handful of mixed nuts per day is good.   I used to be a big dairy consumer.

Some of the most potent antioxidants are:  beets, spinach, one brazil nut every couple of days, blueberries, raspberries, currants.   Variety is the key.
