iPhone Camera - Geotag
Some of my iPhone photos will automatically Geotag when uploaded to Google Picasa. The same photos will not automatically Geotag in iPhoto 09 (8.0.2). (Note: Photo were automatically Geotagged. No manual entry). Any ideas why or how to automatically geotag in iPhoto 09?

Is iPhoto supposed to support geotagging?

iPhoto 09 supports geotags in the "Places" section

Re: iPhone Camera - Geotag
iPhone automatically tags photos if it can. If you were in Airplane Mode, or if you were somewhere you had no signal, it won't. You can add the geographical information if you want to in iPhoto, see the iPhoto Help menu on how to accomplish this task.

Re: iPhone Camera - Geotag
Really? I have it for 2 weeks now and wasn't aware of that.
Next time I should pay more attention to some buying guide for camera phones before I go actually out there and get one. Is there a way to avoid the "auto-tagging" or do I have to live with it?
