Mouse scrolling problem
I am having the following problem with my mouse.I can scroll downward, but it will not scroll upward,the mouse is the on my iMac came with,anyone have a suggestion? Thanks for any input.Van

spray the ball with some windex and roll it against a towel to clean it

That little ball can collect dirt similar to track balls on older mice. You have to clean it... or buy a mouse with a more traditional scroll wheal.

Many thanks, the simple task of cleaning ball solved problem.I kept looking for a track ball to clean,finally read last reference and followed directions.Eureka, it works!!
