Recommendations for companies that scan 8MM/Super 8MM film
Hello,
I was just wondering if anyone out there can recommend a company that is Mac friendly that will scan 8MM and Super 8MM film into a format that I can edit in iMovie '09? It appears most of these companies are kind of geared towards Windows users, as they will put the files in non-native (for Mac) formats, like AVI.
I just want to easily be able to load the files into iMovie '09 and edit them, without a lot of headache or hassle.
I live in Sacramento, CA. So if you know of any companies in this area that do this kind of work it would be wonderful.

We've got some out right now at CostCo, although I'm not sure who they farm it out to or what format I'll be getting back. I'll post back when we get the DVDs, should be any day now hopefully.
