PC Red Faction: Guerilla Delayed?

According to this THQ PAL Release List, the Windows edition of Red Faction Guerilla is delayed until August. This correlates to online retail listings for the third-person shooter sequel, which also show the PC edition due in August, while listing June release dates for the console editions. I'm still on the fence. The decision to go third person made me a little sad.

The third person works ok in this case, IMO. In the old game, no. I tried the camera cheats and gave me a crappy little 3rd person thing.... the animation just didn't cut it too well. Some was good, but a lot was ehh. Especially the main character, he felt like Mean Tobey Macguire in Spiderman 3. Just too angsty to be taken seriously.
edit: scratch that, he made sense. I think it was really just some of the voice acting that came off too cartoony.
