Oh smurf ... I didn't realize the court vote was 6-1.

That's awful.

Man, don'tcha just wish human rights had always been determined by popular vote?  Blacks and asians and women would have been sooooo much better off long ago if the bloody government hadn't kept getting in the way!

Oh come on now, it is sooooo much more "cool and hip" to praise and support Ron Paul.  By a long shot.

when compared to the people drooling over obama it's much more cool to despise ron paul. people faint over obama like they did michael jackson.

Time for another amendment to the state constitution, I guess.

Speaking of, whatever happened to that photograph of you and one of the most unpopular presidents ever?  You used to pimp that thing a lot...

From a legal standpoint I don't understand how the vote stood.
While I disagree with the original decision before the amendment, the original decision does dictate how that part of the state constitution is to be interpreted in this matter, thus the requirements for changing are stricter than the requirements for just just adding to the constitution.

Unless I mis-understand what constitutes an amendment opposed to a modification.

If that matter were clear, it would have been a far easier case.
