This guy has a history of stopping just short of calling for officials who can't keep it in their pants to be tarred, feathered, and run out of town on a rail. He's called for the resignation of pretty much anyone who has even gotten near a sex scandal.

Probably.
If the claims really are valid (I don't know, haven't looked at it).
Kind of like how an investigation should be called on the claim if the CIA mis-leading congress. That's a very serious charge, and it doesn't come from just anybody.
Definitely should investigate these kinds of claims.
