Huh?
When I was in grade school, they showed us pictures of a green house around the earth.
We knew what green houses did. They told us that's what car exhaust did.
It was indoctrination and we (and everyone else) bought it.
What they never bothered to tell us is that carbon dioxide is extremely insignificant as a green house gas, nor did they bother to tell us that as water warms, it releases carbon dioxide, an experiment that is cake for any grade school classroom to do. Why didn't they tell us those things? Because they wanted us to believe that their pretty visual effects were in fact the truth.
Deal with the fact that you've been lied to and actually investigate it.
The earths climate has never been static, it warms and cools - that's what it does, and carbon dioxide is an extremely insignificant player. Natural CO2 levels are and always have been a byproduct, not a cause, of climate change. Man made carbon dioxide, while certainly in greater quantity than natural, is still an insignificant player.
Cosmic rays are far more likely to play a role, as cosmic rays are known to play a significant factor in the formation of clouds, and clouds play a significant factor in temperature. However, it the Sun, not anything we do, that influences how many cosmic rays reach our atmosphere.
Imagine that - the Sun is responsible for climate shifts. Who could have possibly thought of that?

"A systematic change in global cloud cover will change the atmospheric heating profile," Yu said. "In other words, the cosmic ray-induced global cloud changes could be the long-sought mechanism connecting solar and climate variability."
The hypothesis, if confirmed, could also shed light on the Sun's role in global warming. The amount of cosmic rays reaching Earth depends on solar winds, which vary in strength by space-weather conditions. Yu points out that indications of Earth's warming have coincided with decreased cosmic ray intensity during the 20th century.

You won't hear the media running that very often, and schools will continue to indoctrinate children with pretty pictures of a green house over the earth until they believe it is true. It's all a scam, and a damn big one.

Start by pouring 7 up in two identical glasses. Put one in a bucket of ice exposed to open air and one in a bucket of warm gravel exposed to open air.
An hour later, see which one has gone flat.

I didn't say it doesn't exist.
I said carbon dioxide was an insignificant player.
If it didn't exist, the planet would probably be a lot colder and likely couldn't support life.

I find it odd that a YEC is using science to try and disprove global warming - and linking to an article that decries the lack of empirical evidence. Anyhoo...
Try using a newer article from one of your own sources.
Another one.

Robco, what on earth is that. That comic was truly terrifying.
Still, okay let me get this straight, The Pope is in charge of a new world order, which is anti-christian, however this new world order is afflicted by wars everywhere. This new world order is rife with pagan satanists who also believe in the mother-godesss. (Out of curiosity, to be a satanist doesn't that also mean you believe in the biblical Yahweh).
A great tragedy will be the expectation of animal sacrifice, which was never practiced in the Bible. And faith-healers are KKK super heroes who go after white Christians.
I think i get it.

Just one fundy's interpretation of the end times and rapture. But it's not far off from what many fundamentalist christians believe will happen as foretold in the good book.
Yes, these are the types of things people still believe in the 21st century. Though I must concede that I too, an atheist, also believe that the Earth will meet a fiery end...

Jack Chick sseems to be channeling an old, and possibly obsolete tradition Protestant animus towards the Catholic Church. IIRC Luther identified one of the popes with Lucifer/the Antichrist/etc. Just this morning I was reading the New York Times

As someone who is very interested in religious studies, I find stuff like the absolutely abhorrent displays of ignorance. It depresses, infuriates, and confuses me all at once.
Then again, is it possible to be faithful to one's religion while pursuing knowledge beyond "God said so" of its origins.
