With the new 3G S sporting bluetooth stereo does anyone know a good product for both hands free phone and music streaming to a car stereo? Basically, I'd lie to talk on the phone, stream music, and listen to Sirius and Pandora through my car stereo.

My car currently does not have a bluetooth setup at all.

Is there something out there that installs as a component to my existing stereo?

I was looking at the Parrot MKi9100 but wanted to hear feedback about the product or an other solution.
