wtf -- Personal File Sharing is a no-go
I've got my IP, username combined in a link. System Preferences / Sharing / Web Sharing is on. Port forwarding is on.
but outside users cannot access my Sites folder. From my own browser, it works fine.

-what do you see when you visit your webpage from the real world IP from your network?
-Have you tried it from another network (some networks have loopback prevention.)
-are you sure that port forwarding is set up correctly.
-the ultimate question ... are you sure your ISP doesn't block the port you are trying to use?

You need a DNS forwarding service. Like DynDNS.com

and everytime the IP is refreshed by the IPS he has to disseminate the IP again.
