Transfer purchases from ipod gone wrong
I connect my sisters iPod to my Mac to transfer the purchases she made of an MJ album and when it begins to transfer the purchased songs and apps it stops syncing and stays idle. In the computers screen you can see the picture of the iPod with the graph that shows how much space has been used and all the tabs that include all the other stuff you can sync to the iPod are available. And the iPod is charging. Plus it worked just fine with my phone when I tried to sync my new purchases. Which confirms it is not a damaged cable or port.
My sister did manage to transfer the purchases to a Wintel pc. This was probably her biggest mistake. She was also having problems connecting the iPod to a stereo designed for iPod. It would stop playing the song every 1:45 minutes of a song. Which was really annoying.
What could the problem?
