Is the September 2009 issue late?

Hi.

Normally by the middle of the month, I have already finished reading Mac|Life.  Here it is August 13 and I haven't even received the September 2009 issue.  Is it late?

August 14: Finally got mine.  This is the latest I've ever had Mac|Life in my mailbox.  Generally I get it around the 5th every month.
