If you really want to get upset about something - get upset at the speaker of the house for constantly criticizing and insulting Americans who have a political concern and are standing up to have their voice heard.

The problem with qualitative analysis opposed to quantitative analysis is that bias is extremely difficult to keep out of the process.

There are several factors. A big one is jobs from illegal immigrants taking jobs from legal citizens. And yes, it happens, it happens a hell of a lot.

I 100% agree that the problem is the employer, but the fact is that those who can't find work will not always have a rational outlook as to why. It can be quite frustrating to be an out of work English speaking carpenter and watch 9/10 construction site being composed primarily of Spanish speaking often illegal immigrants.

It's frustrating to me that I can't have a drivers license because every now and then I have a seizure, a seizure I can feel coming before it comes, but illegal immigrants are given drivers licenses all the time giving them a competitive advantage over me in the job market.

The gang activity that a lot of illegal immigrants have brought into urban areas has also left a very bad taste in people's mouths.

Sure it happens, on an individual basis. But when people lose their jobs, most of them go out and get another one.

Unemployment stayed pretty even from 1995 until the start of the current recession.

At the same time unemployment was getting ready to go through the roof, the number of illegals estimated to be here actually dropped.

So therefore violence against hispanics at a 400% increase is justified?

I know that's not what you said, nor what you even believe (hopefully), but your framing of the issue would make someone who WOULD feel that way feel comfort, and you were even trying to be mild. Beck et al don't offer even that courtesy.

What's your point?
It was asked what was driving the increase, with the implication that the right was driving the increase. I simply demonstrated several factors that have absolutely nothing to do with right or left.
