No e-mail alerts for subscribed threads?
I haven't received any lately, despite the fact that several topics to which I've subscribed do have new posts. This is odd.

Re: No e-mail alerts for subscribed threads?
Did you check if you indicated you wanted the alerts for those particular threads?

Re: No e-mail alerts for subscribed threads?
I'm talking about threads where I've checked off "Subscribe to this topic," which is normally all I have to do to ensure that I receive e-mail alerts.

I don't know the interval that is required, but there may be a glitch in the system if it isn't working as it was before.

Re: No e-mail alerts for subscribed threads?
My last email notice was sent on 8/14, yet many threads I'm subscribed to have had updates since then.

Re: No e-mail alerts for subscribed threads?
I just checked my spam folder in Gmail, and there were 3 messages sitting there unread from MacLife. Not sure if that's a gmail thing specifically, or if the Maclife Mailer has been added to some blacklist somewhere...

Re: No e-mail alerts for subscribed threads?
Mine seems to be working fine now. The MLF are one of the slower email notices, however. Sometimes the email is dispatched a good 6-12 hours after a post is made.

So I'm looking, and I'm not finding any obvious way of contacting Mr. Baldwin. A little help, please?

I used the form several days ago to contact Mr. Baldwin. No response, and my problem hasn't been solved.

One of those two should work. Keep waiting. It's not like they don't have a job they have to do other than wander around the web site. Besides they have a corporate IT department and that means bureaucracy.
