My C Drive thinks it's a music folder now
So iTunes 9 comes out, so decided to upgrade like any good mac addict gone rogue, and now my C drive is stuck thinking all my folders are music files. I don't mean they play in iTunes, but that when I sort by details (to get that mac flavor), it lists all the music type variables: year, album, artist, etc, instead of the stuff that you'd think would matter to a folder like "Program Files."
I tried [Tools] --> [Folder Options] --> [View] --> [Reset Folders], but this only makes the C drive back into a music folder. Right clicking and going to [Properties] doesn't help either, because this lacks the [Customize] tab.
Any ideas?
If it helps, this is Vista 64bit, which never liked iTunes anyway.
edit: this doesn't affect the folders next down the hierarchy, like C:\DRIVERS or C:\NVIDIA, just the C: directory.

Re: My C Drive thinks it's a music folder now
I've read that sometimes Vista can have shell corruption, but I don't have the resources here to pinpoint the Regedit routine for resetting same. Sorry. Maybe it's a lead you can follow.
