So I used a Blackberry yesterday
My wife and our kids are riding in the car to Cape and I needed to call my sister. I ask my wife if I could use her Blackberry to make the call. Talk about a frustrating experience. Those keys are so small I gave up and said, "god, I hate this thing, I can't type on it!" She then says how she hates it too. She was skeptical about the soft keys on the iPhone but now has realized how much easier it is. Her Co. just issued her Blackberry last month and she wished she wasn't forced to upgrade. It is that bad.

I've been using Blackberries for a few years now, and i love it. The Curve is much easier to type on than the Pearl and i text A LOT as well surf the internet on it.

Which one?
My wife thinks it is the Curve? I looked at the phone and it doesn't say. It only has these horribly small keys which my large fingers find impossible to use. Yet my Touch is easy. Then again, I'm not a touch typist either. But even if I was, I could not imagine touch typing with such small, cramped keys. It really sucks.
When I was trying to use it I was driving (I no, a no no) and after error after error I just gave up and that is when I asked my wife to dial the number which is when she told me how much she hates it too, as well as many of her co-workers.

My friend used a Blackberry for work with a constant stream of emails. He prefers the hard keys to the iPhones soft keyboard.
Hey, whatever works for you.

I love my blackberry. Tactile response is really important in my mind.

I hate my pearl ... hated my friend's 8830 ... the storm was the worst thing I have every used ... well thats tied in my mind with anything running palm... not at all impressed with the 8350i's at work.
screw their tiny keys, screw it's BAD OS / updates, screw the half ass way you have to find software for them, screw the gunk ball, screw the fact it's sure it knows better what i am trying to type than i do, screw it's browser and every other one i have try for BB
I love my iphone ... I just wish AT&T would have better coverage.
2.66Ghz QuadCore-Nehalem w/24"LED CD ---2.2Ghz BlackMB---15" 2.4Ghz MBP(work)
Dual 2.3Ghz G5 (4G Ram, 2x 250G HD)(10.5 server)--- 400Mhz G4 PM (10.4 Server)
